How To Order

Ordering Custom Made Woven Clothing Labels is an easy thing to do, if you have all your information, just send it over. We can also help you determine your needs by phone or email.

Specifications

• A design graphic in .JPG or PDF format not to size but bigger please
  (If you do not have a graphic available, our affiliates can help you with label and hang tag design services. You can try Fritzer Designs or Vin T at VinTom Designs or Lisa B at Izabe Graphic Design.)
• Size
  • Length x Width in inches plus and seam allowance you need for attaching , how much and where please ??
• Colors - PMS#'s or Pantone #'s, We do not promise exact matching, we will get as close as we can. Clck here for Color Chart

• Our Self Adhesives come on a roll form!
• Die Cut are for Woven Patches and Embroidered Patches! Die cut means the shape of the label other than square of rectangle
• Seam Allowance 1/8 is average
  • For serged labels allowance should be larger approx 1/4

The Process

Here is how it works:

1. Your Information gets sent to the factory where they convert the graphic into the software that is used to make the labels.
2. You are then sent the graphic for approval. if you need or make changes after this point, you will be subject to a $25.00 change fee.
3. Once you approve the graphic and want to proceed then payment is due in full at that time.
4. The factory does a sewout sample of your label and I send you a picture of it for final approval. If for some reason you need to see it in your hand that is fine but that will take about a week or so more for me to get the label to you.
5. After I get your final approval then we go into production and it takes about 2-3 weeks or so from that point !! We do offer a rush service..

Proof Your Label/Hang Tag

Once you proof the graphic, payment is then required to proceed, after which a sample label (Label Sew out) is made and a picture of that sample will be sent to you for final approval. Once you approve this label sample, any errors are your responsibility and not the responsibility of ClothingLabels4U.com, or Bloomers4U.com. Please Look over the final label proof very carefully!!

Payment

We accept major credit cards: VISA/Mastercard, PayPal, Checks and Money Order. All products will ship within 2-4 weeks or sooner after payment and approval of final Proof. Credit Card payments are done on my Secure Bloomers 4U.com site. All orders are subject to the industry standard of a 10% +/- yield.

Shipping is 15.00 for all US orders and they go FedX Ground which takes about 5-7 business days. 2 Day and Overnight are available during checkout. Worldwide shipping is offered and prices will be determined.
